Her passion is to help organizations manage the people impact of change to improve adoption and benefits realization. Karen contributes to change management thought leadership as an author and top-rated conference speaker who engages audiences and challenges leaders in all capacities to think differently. Karen is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) and certified Prosci Master Instructor across the solution portfolio.

Susie Patterson brings a deep knowledge of Prosci’s research and methodology combined with years of helping private and public sector organizations develop their change management capabilities. In her development and advisory delivery role at Prosci, Susie’s mission is to equip leaders, practitioners and change agents with the most effective skills and tools to optimize their change results. Susie’s facilitation style is authentic, energetic and often humorous to help groups engage with open minds. She holds a B.A. in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology.

For years, Michelle Haggerty has been leading people and organizations through change, from small incremental changes to large. She has been with Prosci for a decade and as Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for Prosci’s service portfolio and internal operations. Prior to joining Prosci, Michelle served at a range of Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries and sectors. She has helped more than 100 organizations in over a dozen countries respond to the challenges of change that arise from new technologies, emerging markets, fierce competitors and growing regulatory restrictions.

Mary Morello leverages over 25 years of experience in change leadership and organizational effectiveness to help Prosci clients accelerate their change management journeys. As a seasoned international executive with past roles that include SVP of Enterprise Learning Solutions, EVP of Strategic Initiatives, and VP of European Operations, Mary knows firsthand the challenges that internal and external stakeholders face with organizational change. She brings a passion for coaching sponsors and change managers to lead and support people through change, while helping them develop enhanced change capabilities.
